In short: Drone Strike AR does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. It has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and it never sends or receives anything over the internet. It is a mixed reality game, so it reads the shape of your room from your headset in order to place the game in it. That information is used on your headset, in memory, while you play, and is never stored by us and never leaves your device.
Citiview Studios collects no personal information through Drone Strike AR. The application does not ask for your name, email address, age, location or payment details. It does not read your Meta account profile, your friends list, your contacts, your microphone or your files. It contains no analytics or crash-reporting software and no advertising software development kits.
Drone Strike AR makes no network requests. The Android package does declare the standard
INTERNET permission, because the Unity engine libraries the game is built on
declare it automatically; the game itself contains no networking code and opens no
connections. Nothing is uploaded from your headset at any time.
Drone Strike AR is a mixed reality game. It is played standing in your own room, and the
game opens portals in your real walls. To do that it asks your headset for the room layout
you have already created in the headset's own Space Setup, using the Android
permission com.oculus.permission.USE_SCENE. Your headset will ask your
permission the first time you play, and you can refuse.
What the game receives is a simple geometric description of the surfaces you labelled during Space Setup: the position, size and orientation of your walls, floor and ceiling, and whether each one is a wall, a floor, a ceiling, a door frame, a window frame or wall art. It uses this to know where your walls are so the portals line up with them and so the virtual space is hidden everywhere else.
The application also declares com.oculus.permission.USE_ANCHOR_API, which the
underlying Meta system libraries require in order to report those surfaces in a stable
position, and com.oculus.permission.BOUNDARY_VISIBILITY, which is used only to
hide the system boundary grid while you are playing in passthrough.
This spatial information is held only in the running application's memory, only while you are playing, and only on your headset. Citiview Studios does not store it, does not copy it, does not write it to a file and does not transmit it anywhere. When you close the game it is gone. We never receive it and we never see it.
The game is displayed over a live passthrough view of your room. That view is produced and composited by Meta's own system software. Drone Strike AR does not have access to the camera images and never receives any picture of you or of your surroundings. The application does not request camera access, cannot record video or photographs, and contains no code capable of doing so.
Drone Strike AR stores nothing. It has no save file, no settings file, no profile and no high-score table. Each time you start it, it starts fresh. Uninstalling the application removes it completely.
Because no personal information is collected, none is used for any purpose. The room geometry described in section 2 is used for one thing only: positioning the game world against your real walls while you play.
Citiview Studios does not share, sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose any user information to anyone, for the simple reason that none is collected or received. There are no third-party services, servers, processors or partners involved in running Drone Strike AR. Your purchase and download of the application are handled by Meta under Meta's own privacy policy, which is separate from this one and outside our control.
Citiview Studios retains no user data, so there is nothing for us to keep or delete. The room geometry in section 2 is retained only in memory for the duration of a play session and is discarded when the application closes. Your Space Setup itself belongs to your headset, not to this game; you can review or delete it at any time in the headset's own settings.
Drone Strike AR is intended for users aged 13 and over, in line with Meta's account requirements. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Privacy laws including the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export and delete personal information held about you. Citiview Studios holds no personal information about users of Drone Strike AR, so there is nothing to access, correct, export or delete. If you would like written confirmation of that, contact us at the address below and we will reply.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes will also be noted in the application's store listing.
